In a small village at the foot of the Himalayas, life flows sly and quiet, despite the hardships imposed by a harsh and lunar nature. Families do what they can to keep going, with enviable composure and dignity. The elders find themselves outside, they read poetry, they discuss the highest systems, they are ironic about their condition. The protagonist, a 10-year-old boy, has another problem: he accidentally broke the chair of a classmate and now he has to do everything to rehearse and bring her back for the day of the exam: between the school and her village are 7km walk. If the donkey steals you too, the mission becomes difficult ... He is unaware that this journey will finally make him a man.
