Nending has acted in three major feature films and many short films before. He hails from Ziro, a picturesque valley in the North-Eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh, India. He belongs to the Apatani scheduled tribe. After graduating from college, in 2017, he took a few acting classes for film & television and auditioned for movies in Mumbai, India. That is also where he developed an interest in screenwriting. His dream, through cinema, is to preserve his mother tongue which is among the many other endangered languages in India. He loves dancing, reading, cycling and hiking through his ancestral forest land. Karken is his directorial debut.
24 hours in the life of a rural medical officer who decides to leave his professional duty to pursue his passion for acting, by traveling to the city for an audition, jeopardizing his engagement, his family’s debt, a patient between life & death and a pregnant woman facing complications.
